1. Definitions

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with fe66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.

• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of fe66 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by fe66 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Opening and using an account with fe66 does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your place of residence.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may register one account only on the fe66 Platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. fe66 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

• fe66 will treat any activity conducted through your account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified fe66 of a security breach.

fe66 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason for such refusal.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the fe66 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fe66 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and selected other domestic bank transfer options as may be updated from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for current limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your fe66 account within seconds for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business hours for bank transfer methods.
• fe66 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. fe66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• fe66 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal that triggers an internal review under its anti-fraud or responsible gaming procedures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fe66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets as specified in the individual promotion terms. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• fe66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other strategy fe66 determines to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fe66 Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, event, or casino game in addition to these general provisions:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. fe66 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted except in the circumstances set out in these Terms or applicable game rules.
• fe66 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects the integrity of an event may be compromised.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly posted price, odds, or payout, fe66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to interruption or suspension. Any bet placed after the conclusion of an event will be voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any conduct that fe66 determines, in its reasonable opinion, to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward fe66 staff or other Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fe66 Platform — including but not limited to the fe66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fe66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without fe66's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
• Use the fe66 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any commercial context without express written permission.
